The unrivalled atmosphere, goose bumps because of the IJtunnel, one of the biggest Business runs of the world and the fact that the start and finish are at two different cities, makes this event very special.
The feeling of the Dam tot Damloop, but then on Saturday evening. An insane course of 5 miles (8 KM) with great beats and light acts. This run stands for non-stop party!
Although it is more common in warm weather, you can overheat, or even get heatstroke, at temperatures as low as 14 degrees. It's important to listen to your body on warm days as well as to start training in the heat.
